U.S.-anchored advisory · Angola market entry
Palanca Bridge is the U.S.-anchored advisory firm that helps American capital and U.S. Government partners enter Angola with FCPA-compliant due diligence, on-ground execution through licensed Angolan partners, and a documented local workforce pipeline.

The problem we solve
Angola is one of the most consequential markets in Southwest Africa — and one of the hardest for U.S. capital to enter with confidence.
Serious investors, development-finance institutions, and U.S. Government partners see the opportunity in Angola's mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. What stops them is the gap between that opportunity and a compliant, executable path to it — counterparty risk, regulatory complexity, and the distance between a U.S. boardroom and delivery on the ground.
Palanca Bridge closes that gap. We pair U.S.-law governance and FCPA-aligned diligence with licensed Angolan execution, so capital moves on verified facts — compliantly, credibly, and on time.

What we do
Four pillars and two paid products — one compliant path into Angola.
Know exactly who and what you are dealing with before you commit capital.
Test the opportunity against on-the-ground reality, not the brochure.
A compliant path from U.S. governance to delivery on the ground in Angola.
A documented local-workforce track that strengthens every engagement.
Where we work
Sector buyers should see themselves immediately — and find a compliant route in.

How we work
One engagement runs on two tracks at once — U.S. governance and Angolan execution — so nothing is left to chance on either side of the bridge.
Track 1 — U.S. governance
Engagements are contracted under U.S. law and priced in U.S. dollars, with FCPA / KYC / AML controls applied from the first conversation through delivery.
Track 2 — Angolan execution
Work is executed through licensed Angolan partners with local presence, so decisions made in the U.S. translate into action and oversight in Angola.
On the ground
Licensed Angolan execution, under U.S. governance — never a Palanca Bridge subsidiary.
An established Luanda-based group active across multiple sectors, providing on-ground project execution and local presence.
JurisdictionLuanda, Angola
